Short bio
Guitarist and composer Will Brahm was born in Portland, Oregon. He moved to Los Angeles in 2007 to attend the Cole Conservatory of music at Cal State Long Beach, graduating in 2012 with a bachelors degree in jazz guitar performance as a 5 time K-jazz scholar.
Will tours extensively within the United States and has also toured to Asia, Canada, and Europe with his music. He also plays with the critically acclaimed New West Guitar Group, and has worked with artists including Arturo Sandoval, The Gordon Goodwin Phat Band, Kim Richmond, Jimmy Branly, Otmaro Ruiz, Gretchen Parlato, Sara Gazarek, and Jane Monheit.

Guitarist Will Brahm has shown a versatility of his instrument that allows him to fit in with muscular big bands led by Gordon Goodwin and Elliot Deutsch as well as working the more supportive role with vocalists Jane Monheit, Sara Gazarek and Gretchen Parlato. His own recent album splits the difference, as his hour set delivering material from his recent album Venture Atlas amply displayed.
